This is the first step yet very important. In order for us to help you find the best candidate, we need to know the list of tasks and your requirements.

Shortlisting
Our main requirements in short-listing applicants are their values, their attitude, and their willingness to learn. Following are their skills and work experience.
The initial interview will be conducted and we will do this step for you.
Testing
The tests will be based on the job requirements you provided to us.
In this step, we will not only test their skills and work attitude but we will also check if they are equipped to work from home.
We will also take care of this step but you are welcome to provide tests and request for a trial.
Final Interview
We request that you be involved in this step and it would be best that the questions to ask the candidates will be coming from you.
One of our team members will join the interview to assist.
Support
After hiring your Virtual Colleague, we are not going anywhere. We will be of assistance to you and to our team members.
