What We Do
We are a performance-focused DTC agency. We help e-commerce brands scale through paid media (Meta, Google, Bing), email marketing (Klaviyo), website optimisation, and creative strategy. Our clients sell physical products.
The Role
We need a creative who can produce performance-driven design assets across our client portfolio. This is hands-on production work — not brand strategy or art direction. You will be briefed by George or the account lead, given clear direction, and expected to deliver polished assets quickly.
The goal: free up George and the team from design bottlenecks so we can move faster for clients.a
Core Responsibilities
- Ad Creative (Primary)
- Design static ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, and retargeting campaigns
- Create ad overlays and text treatments for UGC and product videos
- Build variations and iterations of winning ads (new hooks, formats, angles)
- Design product imagery and lifestyle mock-ups for ad use
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT image gen, Canva AI) to produce and iterate creative concepts quickly
- Email Design
- Design email templates and campaign emails in Canva
- Build and style automated flow emails (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase)
- Create email graphics, banners, hero images, and product feature blocks
- Work from content briefs to produce ready-to-send emails
- Website & Product Assets
- Create website banners, collection imagery, and promotional graphics
- Build pop-up designs for Klaviyo or Shopify
- Produce social media assets when needed
What We Need From You
- Speed: We move fast. Turnaround on most assets is 24–48 hours.
- Canva-native: You live in Canva. You know templates, brand kits, and how to work efficiently in it.
- Klaviyo competent: You can build and style emails directly in Klaviyo, not just design them.
- E-commerce eye: You understand what makes someone click an ad or open an email. You design for conversion, not awards.
- AI-savvy: You use AI image generation and design tools to move faster and explore ideas.
- Self-managing: You pick up briefs from Monday.com, deliver on time, and flag problems early.
- Multi-brand comfortable: You can switch between a recycled homeware brand, a premium bin company, and a DTC drinks brand in the same day without mixing up the tone.

How We Work
- Briefs come through Monday.com with clear direction, reference examples, and deadlines.
- Feedback is direct and fast — usually same-day via Monday.com comments or Loom.
- We expect design files to be shared via Canva links (editable, not view-only).
- Weekly check-in with George to align on priorities across clients.
What This Role Is Not
- Not a brand strategist or creative director role — direction comes from George and the client leads.
- Not a web developer role — we have separate dev resource for that.
- Not a social media manager — we need assets, not content calendars.
