We are seeking a highly creative and proactive Virtual Assistant who can support both our creative marketing operations and LinkedIn outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys working across multiple brands, and can combine strong design capabilities with operational support.
Position Overview
The Hybrid Creative Marketing & Outreach Virtual Assistant will primarily support the creative side of the business, producing high-quality visual content for both Regeneration and our clients.
In addition, the successful candidate will assist with LinkedIn outreach operations by building prospect lists, managing outreach workflows, and supporting lead generation initiatives through established systems and processes.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong attention to detail, creativity, organization, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Content Production
- Design high-quality social media graphics for multiple client accounts
- Create engaging carousel posts for LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Develop infographics and visual content from provided copy and concepts
- Create visual assets from scratch when no templates or imagery are provided
- Adapt content to different client brand guidelines and visual identities
- Create and maintain branded design templates
- Produce graphics for both Regeneration’s internal marketing and client campaigns
- Assist in developing brand guidelines and visual frameworks for new clients
- Update and edit Canva presentation decks and client materials
- Create marketing collateral and promotional assets as needed
Video Editing
- Edit short-form social media videos
- Add captions, subtitles, and text overlays
- Create engaging title hooks and opening sequences
- Add logos, branding elements, and visual enhancements
- Create simple animated outro screens
- Format videos for various social platforms
- Repurpose existing content into short-form social assets
LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Support
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles based on agency requirements
- Apply filtering criteria to locate qualified prospects
- Manage and maintain prospect databases
- Upload and organize prospect lists within outreach platforms
- Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns through HeyReach
- Monitor outreach workflows and campaign activity
- Assist with prospect segmentation and audience development
- Continuously improve list quality through research and refinement
Project Management & Administrative Support
- Manage assigned tasks within ClickUp
- Maintain organized project documentation
- Communicate regularly with the team through Slack
- Track project deadlines and deliverables
- Prioritize urgent requests appropriately
- Support multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Assist with ad hoc agency projects as needed
Required Skills & Experience
Design & Creative Skills
- Advanced Canva skills
- Intermediate Figma proficiency preferred
- Strong graphic design fundamentals
- Experience creating social media content
- Ability to create designs from concepts rather than solely using templates
- Strong visual storytelling skills
- Experience following brand guidelines
- Ability to work across multiple brand styles
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work
Video Editing Skills
- Experience using CapCut
- Basic to intermediate video editing experience
- Understanding of social-first content
- Experience creating captions, overlays, and branded assets
Outreach & Research Skills
- Strong internet research skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
- Understanding of B2B audiences and targeting
- Ability to identify and qualify prospects

Working Hours
- Starting commitment: 10 hours per week
- Opportunity to increase hours based on performance and business needs
