- Scope of Support
Your Virtual Assistant (VA) will function as a growth support partner, combining outbound lead generation and inbound content creation to attract and convert your ideal audience within your target markets.
- Lead Generation (Messaging & Outreach – Core Focus)
- Identify and target qualified prospects within niches related to wellness, lifestyle, gardening, and e-commerce (including Ringana, Haute Gardening, and VicVape audiences)
- Conduct outreach primarily via:
o LinkedIn (primary platform)
o Instagram (DM outreach)
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
- Build and maintain a structured prospect database
- Nurture leads through consistent communication
- Track outreach activities and optimize messaging performance
- Content Creation & Marketing (Growth Engine)
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Design simple, engaging graphics (posts, carousels, promotional content)
- Support creation of:
o Email newsletters
o Blog articles or written content
o Social media captions and graphics
- Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach
- Align messaging and visuals with your key industries (clean wellness, premium lifestyle gardening, and modern vape/e-commerce branding)
- Assist in engagement (replying to comments/messages)
- Audience Growth & Positioning
- Support organic follower growth strategies
- Engage with relevant profiles and conversations within your target industries
- Identify opportunities to increase visibility and authority
