LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation VA

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant (VA) to support lead generation efforts through LinkedIn outreach. The VA will focus on connecting with HR decision-makers in tech and AI companies, building relationships, and converting conversations into booked discovery calls.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Outreach (Core Function)
  • Identify and target qualified prospects within the niche:
    • HR Directors / HR Leaders in tech and AI companies
    • Located in major tech hubs (Asia, Europe, and the US)
  • Conduct outreach primarily via LinkedIn
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
  • Execute daily outreach campaigns aligned with provided messaging strategies
  • Use pre-written scripts and adapt messaging based on responses
  • Apply emotional intelligence to tailor conversations and build rapport
  • Utilize AI tools to refine messaging and improve response rates
  • Guide prospects toward booking discovery/strategy calls
  • Support consistent pipeline generation (goal: daily booked calls)

 

  1. Prospecting & Data Management
  • Use LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to source qualified leads
  • Filter prospects based on role, industry, and location
  • Build and maintain a structured prospect database
  • Track outreach activities, responses, and conversions
  • Ensure an organized and up-to-date lead tracking system

 

  1. Lead Nurturing & Conversion Support
  • Follow up with prospects consistently and strategically
  • Share relevant content (e.g., newsletters, insights, frameworks) during conversations
  • Maintain professional and relationship-driven communication
  • Encourage and direct prospects to schedule calls via calendar links
  • Support optimization of messaging based on engagement results

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
  • Strong written communication skills (professional and conversational tone)
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport through messaging
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and messaging quality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Working Arrangement

  • Initial scope: 5 hours per week for the first month
  • Transition to a minimum of 10 hours per week thereafter
  • Flexible working schedule aligned with global outreach needs
