Overview
We are looking for a professional and reliable Administrative Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations, with a preference for candidates who have experience in strata management and/or real estate administration.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in client communication, capable of handling both administrative tasks and client-facing responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage and organize emails, calendars, and documents
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as required
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Client Communication
- Communicate with clients, tenants, or stakeholders via email and phone
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up on requests, documentation, and ongoing matters
- Systems & Data Management
- Use client-provided software and systems efficiently
- Input, update, and maintain data accurately
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of tasks and communications
- Real Estate / Strata Support (Preferred)
- Assist with tasks related to property or strata management (if applicable)
- Handle documentation, coordination, and communication related to properties
- Support workflows specific to real estate or strata operations
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in administrative support roles (mid to senior level)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in real estate or strata management (highly preferred)
- Comfortable handling client-facing communication (email & phone)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
