Her goal is to attract high-value corporate clients and secure retreat bookings through strategic LinkedIn positioning and outreach.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled LinkedIn Specialist VA who can:
- Transform and optimize the client’s LinkedIn profile for a corporate audience
- Execute highly targeted outreach and lead generation
- Secure qualified discovery calls with decision-makers
This is a results-driven role focused on quality over quantity—targeting high-level professionals, not mass connections.
Key Responsibilities
- LinkedIn Profile Optimization (Initial Priority)
Revamp and rewrite LinkedIn profile to appeal to corporate clients
- Position client as a premium retreat provider
- Align messaging with corporate decision-makers
- Ensure profile is optimized for visibility and credibility
- Lead Generation & Prospect Research (Core Focus)
Identify and research high-quality prospects:
- CEOs, COOs, Executives
- Travel planners
Executive assistants
Target companies with strong financial capacity (mid to large-scale businesses)
- Build a qualified prospect database from scratch
- Ensure all leads are relevant and aligned with client’s niche
- LinkedIn Outreach & Relationship Building
- Send personalized connection requests and messages
- Avoid spammy or mass outreach tactics
- Continuously refine outreach messaging
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations
- Move leads toward booking a call with the client
No cold calling required—focus is on messaging and conversion to calls
- Appointment Setting
- Qualify leads through messaging
- Book discovery calls with high-quality prospects
- Ensure alignment with client’s target audience
- Social Media Support
- Repurpose existing content (videos, posts, etc.)
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms (via client’s tool)
- Support LinkedIn visibility through consistent posting
- AI Search Visibility (Exploratory)
- Support efforts to improve discoverability in AI search results
- Assist with content positioning and keyword alignment (as guided)
- Continuous Optimization
- Improve outreach scripts over time
- Analyze what messaging works best
- Adjust targeting and strategy based on results
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation & outreach
Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithm and best practices
Experience targeting high-level executives / corporate audiences
Ability to write personalized, high-converting messages
Strong research skills (finding the right people—not just volume)
- Experience in appointment setting via LinkedIn
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with high-ticket services or B2B sales
- Background in corporate, events, or travel industry
- Familiarity with AI tools for messaging or research

Work Setup
- Initial Setup: Trial (short-term package – 10 hours within 7 days preferred)
- Schedule: Flexible (no strict timezone requirement)
- Communication: Email or WhatsApp

Must be a LinkedIn expert (non-negotiable)
Focus on quality leads, not quantity
Must understand how to reach hard-to-access, high-level decision-makers
Should be proactive and strategic, not just task-based
