Looking for: General Virtual Assistant
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Virtual Assistant to provide a combination of administrative, light technical, and social media support. This role is ideal for someone experienced with GoHighLevel, content creation, and community engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
You will play a key role in supporting marketing operations, managing funnels and contacts, and helping grow audience engagement through consistent and strategic content execution.
Scope of Work
- GoHighLevel & CRM Support
- Manage and monitor existing funnels, forms, quizzes, and automations
- Ensure smooth data flow and customer journey processes
- Transfer and organize new leads into MailerLite database
- Maintain and update contact records as needed
- Newsletter Management (LinkedIn & MailerLite)
- Create and draft monthly LinkedIn newsletters (based on provided guidelines)
- Manage newsletter publishing and distribution
- Support growth of subscriber database via MailerLite
- Social Media Management
- Plan and develop a weekly or monthly content calendar
- Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Design graphics and produce short-form videos
- Repurpose content for different platforms
- Community Engagement
- Respond to comments and messages on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Engage with audience to increase visibility and traction
- Participate in LinkedIn and Telegram group interactions
- General Administrative Support
- Assist with ad hoc admin tasks
- Provide occasional webinar support (as needed)
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Experience using GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools)
- Strong social media management experience
- Content creation skills (copywriting, basic design, video editing)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (preferably MailerLite)
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Preferred (Bonus):
- Interest or background in neuroscience, psychology, or related fields
- Experience engaging communities on LinkedIn and Telegram
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools

Shifts & Hours:
- Starting with a minimum of 10–15 hours per week; flexible schedule
- Must be available occasionally for scheduled webinars (aligned with AEST – Brisbane time)

- Flexible (not urgent; hiring can proceed after careful candidate selection)
