VA Need: Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Marketing & Admin Support)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a financial planning and coaching business with marketing execution and light admin tasks. The role requires 2–3 hours per day aligned with Brisbane working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Outreach
- Send connection requests and follow-up messages using provided scripts
- Maintain consistency in outreach and track engagement
- Email Marketing (Mailchimp)
- Format and schedule fortnightly newsletters
- Ensure proper layout, links, and overall presentation
- Content Support
- Upload edited videos to social media platforms
- Create simple thumbnails for videos
- Website Management (WordPress)
- Upload and format blog articles
- Ensure posts are properly structured and published
- Thinkific Support
- Perform ad hoc tasks such as course updates and minor changes
Requirements:
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and messaging workflows
- Familiarity with Mailchimp
- Basic WordPress knowledge (posting blogs)
- Ability to create simple thumbnails (Canva or similar tools)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
Working Hours:
- 2–3 hours daily
- Must overlap with Brisbane working hours
Rate:
- $7–$9/hour depending on experience and skill level
- Trial Period: The first one month of the standard three-month contract will serve as the assessment and trial period.
- Start Date: TBD, dependent on finding the right candidate and coordinating a handover with her current VA.
