Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support both outbound lead generation and creative content production.

This is a hybrid role combining:

  • Outreach support (Instagram & LinkedIn outreach)
  • Creative design (static assets & carousels)
  • Video editing (short-form content repurposing)

The ideal candidate is someone who can execute consistently, maintain high-quality design standards, and contribute insights to improve outreach performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Outbound Outreach (Primary Focus)
  • Execute daily outbound messaging campaigns on:
    • Instagram
    • LinkedIn
  • Follow structured outreach workflows:
    • Sending connection requests
    • Following/unfollowing accounts
    • Sending initial and follow-up messages
  • Reach out to approximately 100+ target accounts per week
  • Maintain consistency in outreach execution

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Build and qualify lead lists (manual + AI-assisted research)
  • Ensure messaging aligns with provided templates and strategy
  • Track outreach performance (e.g., response rates, engagement)
  • Provide basic insights and suggestions:
    • Identify high-performing messages
    • Suggest small improvements for testing
⚠️ Important:
This is a human-led outreach role (not automation-heavy). Accuracy and personalization are critical.
  1. Creative Design (Brand Content Creation)
  • Create high-quality, premium-looking static designs, including:
    • One-page branded visuals (industry-focused messaging)
    • Carousel posts (3–5 slides explaining key ideas)
  • Produce approximately 5 creative assets per week
  • Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity

? Design Style:

  • Clean, professional, premium
  • Not overly complex, but visually polished and aligned with B2B tech branding

 

  1. Video Editing & Content Repurposing
  • Edit long-form video content into:
    • 40–60 second clips
    • Short-form social media content (Instagram)
  • Follow provided editing guidelines and structure

Tasks include:

  • Cutting long videos into segments
  • Adding basic captions, transitions, and formatting
  • Preparing content for social media publishing

 

Tools & Platforms

Required:

  • Canva (high proficiency – premium-level output expected)
  • CapCut (primary video editing tool)
  • Instagram & LinkedIn

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with AI tools for lead sourcing

Project Management:

  • ClickUp (or similar tools)

 

Content & Workflow Setup

  • Messaging templates and outreach strategy will be provided
  • VA is expected to:
    • Execute consistently
    • Provide light feedback/insights (not heavy copywriting)
  • Clear instructions and branding guidelines will be given for creatives

 

Work Arrangement

  • Initial Commitment: 10 hours per week
  • Potential to increase hours based on performance
  • Cannot exceed 10 hours weekly without client’s  approval

Schedule:

  • Flexible, output-based
  • Must have at least 2 hours overlap per week with UK/European time zone

Collaboration:

  • Regular check-ins (especially during onboarding phase)
  • End-of-day or weekly reporting required:
    • Tasks completed
    • Progress updates
    • Insights or blockers

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have:

  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Experience in:
    • Lead generation / outreach
    • Social media engagement
    • Canva design
    • CapCut video editing
  • Ability to follow structured processes independently

Preferred Traits:

  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Analytical mindset (can observe patterns and suggest improvements)
  • Strong understanding of B2B audiences (especially tech/AI is a plus)

  • Consistent outreach execution weekly
  • High-quality, on-brand creative output
  • Reliable communication and reporting
  • Ability to improve efficiency and results over time
