Marketing Internship

Marketing Internship (full-time) or Part-time role (2 or 3 days a week)

 

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to support our marketing and

brand initiatives. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on

experience in content creation, social media, and audience growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

• Write captions, assist with reels/stories, and schedule posts

• Support the development and execution of content calendars aligned with

campaigns and events

 

Newsletter & Email Marketing

• Draft and design newsletters and email campaigns

• Assist in managing email lists and segmentation

• Monitor performance (open rates, click-through rates) and suggest improvements

Audience Growth & Engagement

• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor content

• Support strategies to grow online audiences and increase engagement

• Monitor comments, messages, and assist with community management

Marketing Coordination & Support

• Assist in planning and promoting events, programs, and launches (Eventbrite,

LinkedIn, etc.)

• Track and report on key marketing metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)

• Conduct market research and provide insights to support campaigns

• Support brand consistency across all platforms and materials

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related

field

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Creative mindset with an eye for content and design

• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

• Experience with Wix, course creation platforms and online outreach is a big

bonus!

• Basic knowledge of analytics and marketing metrics is an asset

Required Skills & Tools

 

Must-Have:

• Strong experience in social media content creation

• Proficiency in:

o Canva

o Video editing tools (e.g., CapCut or similar)

• Excellent copywriting and communication skills

• Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles

 

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with:

o Wix

o Thinkific

• Basic graphic design skills

• Experience growing social media accounts organically
