Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled, tech-savvy Outreach Systems & Campaign Manager to build, manage, and optimize large-scale outreach systems. This role focuses on executing high-volume email campaigns and establishing partnerships with government organizations, Indigenous centers, and large institutions across Canada.
This is not a basic administrative role. The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, and capable of building systems that drive real business outcomes particularly securing high-value partnerships and long-term contracts.
Scope of Work:
- Build, launch, and manage bulk email outreach campaigns using structured templates and messaging
- Identify and research target organizations (government, corporate, Indigenous centers, institutions)
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns with consistent follow-ups
- Position and pitch programs, workshops, and retreat offerings effectively
- Develop and continuously improve outreach systems, workflows, and processes
- Utilize AI tools to streamline research, targeting, personalization, and automation
- Track campaign performance and optimize for conversions and engagement
- Support two core projects:
- Personal coaching & group coaching programs
- Retreats and breathwork experiences
- Contribute to scaling outreach efforts into large networks and institutional partnerships
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outreach campaigns, lead generation, or email marketing
- Strong systems-thinking ability (process building, automation, optimization)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling high-volume outreach and rejection (resilient mindset)
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools
- Experience using AI tools in workflows (highly preferred)
- Background in marketing, sales, or design is a plus (not required)
- Must be mid- to high-level (entry-level candidates are not a fit)
Tools Required:
Candidates should be proficient or comfortable learning:
- Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity AI
- Basic design tools like Canva (nice to have)
- Optional: video/content tools like CapCut
- Any additional automation or system-building tools are a strong advantage
Shifts & Hours:
- Full-time position
- 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Vancouver, Canada time – PST)
