Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a growing fractional marketing agency. The VA will play a key role in executing marketing deliverables across multiple client accounts, ensuring all work is completed on time, on brand, and aligned with client briefs.

This role is execution-focused, with clear instructions and structured workflows provided.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Content Creation

Create and design social media posts based on client briefs

Follow brand guidelines strictly for each client

Work across platforms such as:

LinkedIn (primary)

Instagram

Facebook

  • Use tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for content creation
  1. Video Editing (Core Requirement)
  • Edit short-form video content (e.g., reels, LinkedIn videos)
  • Apply expertise in video editing:
  • Captions
  • Transitions
  • Effects
  • Support occasional longer-form content (e.g., podcasts), if needed
  1. Email Marketing (eShots)
  • Create and format email campaigns using HubSpot
  • Follow provided templates and content briefs
  • Ensure consistency with brand and messaging
  1. Data Research & Lead Generation

Conduct market research and trend analysis

  • Perform lead generation tasks
  • Provide insights to support marketing strategies
  1. General Admin & Task Management
  • Execute tasks assigned via ClickUp
  • Track time and update task progress
  • Upload completed work for internal/client review
  • Follow structured daily/weekly schedules

Scope of Work

Support 4–5 client accounts simultaneously

Handle varied tasks daily (content, research, email, etc.)

  • Work based on clear briefs and scheduled deliverables

Required Tools & Software

Essential:

  • ClickUp (task & time tracking)
  • Canva

Preferred:

  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • HubSpot (email marketing)

Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail (especially brand consistency)

Ability to follow instructions and briefs accurately

Good time management and deadline adherence

  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills (short-form)
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across different clients
