Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Virtual Assistant to assist with several website improvements and automation initiatives. This role will support the implementation of a technical stack on an existing WordPress website, including chatbot integration and backend automation.
This is a project-based / short-term engagement focused on specific technical updates.
Scope of Work:
- Website Updates
- Assist with updates and improvements on an existing WordPress + WooCommerce website.
- AI Stack Implementation
- Help implement tools that automate backend workflows.
- Chatbot Integration
- Implement a website chatbot capable of answering basic customer questions.
- Work with provided FAQs to configure chatbot responses.
- Plugin & System Setup
- Assist with installing and configuring relevant WordPress plugins required for the tech stack.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with WordPress
- Familiarity with WooCommerce
- Experience implementing website plugins and integrations
- Experience implementing chatbots
- Knowledge of AI automation tools
- Basic understanding of website performance and optimization
Tools Required:
- WordPress
- WooCommerce
- WordPress plugins
- AI automation tools (based on implementation plan)
- Additional tools will be shared from the project’s recommended tech stack.
Engagement Type:
- Short-term project:
- Packages available – 10 hours / 20 hours / 30 hours
- Scope and hours will be finalized after an initial technical briefing.
