General Virtual Assistant

 

To focus on revenue conversations while maintaining structured outbound outreach and seamless podcast execution. This role is execution-focused, KPI-driven, and highly structured. The Virtual Assistant will directly support revenue growth through lead generation and outreach management while ensuring podcast production runs smoothly. This is not a marketing strategy or funnel-building role. It is a hands-on operations and revenue support position.

Priority 1: Revenue Support (60% – Primary Responsibility) This is the most important part of the role.The VA will support outbound founder outreach and pipeline organization inside the CRM. Daily Responsibilities:

Build 20 qualified F&B founder leads per day

  • Organize and tag all leads inside CRM
  • Track outreach status and pipeline stage
  • Send approved connection requests
  • Send approved first-touch messages
  • Flag all responses for Scotty to personally reply
  • Track follow-up reminders
  • Maintain structured outreach tracking

Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Deliver weekly pipeline performance report
  • Track KPIs and identify gaps in outreach execution

Weekly KPIs:

  • 100 qualified leads added per week
  • 75 connection requests sent
  • 50 first-touch messages sent
  • 8+ calls booked per week (combined with Scotty’s outreach)

This portion of the role must be executed with consistency, accuracy, and urgency
