ROLE OVERVIEW
Client is seeking a highly detail-oriented Lead Generation & Prospecting Virtual Assistant to support outbound B2B sales efforts.
The primary responsibility is identifying and researching decision-makers within targeted companies and compiling accurate contact data to support meeting bookings and revenue generation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect Research & Executive Identification
- Work from a provided list of target companies
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to:
- Identify CEO, CFO, Director of HR, HR Leaders, or other C-level executives
- Verify relevance and decision-making authority
- Use AI Sales Platform | Apollo.io – Outbound, Inbound & Automation extension to:
- Extract verified email addresses
- Extract direct phone numbers (if available)
- Input and organize data into structured Google Sheets including:
- Company Name
- Executive Name
- Title
- Phone
- LinkedIn URL
- Notes (if applicable)
Accuracy and completeness are critical.
Lead Data Organization & Quality Control
- Maintain clean, duplicate-free spreadsheets
- Follow qualification parameters provided by the client
- Ensure data formatting consistency
- Flag questionable or incomplete data for clarification
Other Responsibilities within the Project Hours
- Sending outreach emails using client-provided templates
- Managing follow-ups
- Supporting LinkedIn connection requests
- Tracking outreach activity and responses
- Assisting with light CRM organization
REQUIRED TOOLS EXPERIENCE
The ideal VA should have hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Required)
- AI Sales Platform | Apollo.io – Outbound, Inbound & Automation (Preferred; must be trainable if no direct experience)
- Google Sheets / Excel (Required)
- Basic CRM or lead tracking systems
- Email outreach tools (if Phase 2 expands)
