Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, culturally aware, Gen Z/Millennial female Community Manager to be the voice of the company across Instagram and TikTok.
This is not basic engagement work. This role is:
- Community growth
- Brand amplification
- Lead generation
- Customer service
- Brand representation
- Outbound partnership outreach
You will act as the official voice of the company, engaging with thousands of young women daily.
Core Responsibilities
1️⃣ Community Engagement (Daily – 8 hrs/day)
- Commenting strategically on relevant accounts
- Liking, replying, and engaging with followers
- Responding to all DMs in brand voice
- Driving traffic to events & offerings
- Making followers feel “seen” and valued
- Maintaining tone aligned with Gen Z culture
2️⃣ Lead Generation & Brand Outreach
- Identify wellness, beauty, lifestyle brands
- Reach out via Instagram DM from official account
- Pitch partnership opportunities
- Book meetings directly into BDM’s calendar (Sydney-based)
- Maintain outreach tracker
- Convert community engagement into business opportunities
3️⃣ Customer Service Management
- Handle inbound queries via Instagram & TikTok
- Escalate urgent matters
- Maintain professional yet fun tone
- Represent brand values (female empowerment)
4️⃣ Optional (Nice to Have)
- Basic Webflow updates (upload partner profiles)
- Not required, but a bonus
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Female (non-negotiable – brand alignment)
- Deep understanding of Gen Z + Millennial women
- Social-native (understands trends, slang, culture)
- Confident communicator
- Proactive & autonomous
- Sales mindset (able to convert engagement into meetings)
- Extremely trustworthy (full account access required)
