Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Paid Media Virtual Assistant to work alongside the business owner in executing and managing paid advertising campaigns. This role is execution-focused and requires familiarity with digital ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and launching ad campaigns (Meta, Google, or other platforms)
  • Upload creatives and ad copy into ad managers
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag issues
  • Conduct basic audience research
  • Organize and update tracking sheets
  • Assist with A/B testing setup
  • Ensure tracking pixels and events are properly placed (with guidance)
  • Generate basic performance reports

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with Meta Ads Manager (required)
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads (a plus)
  • Understanding of ad metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
  • Ability to follow campaign instructions accurately
