Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Paid Media Virtual Assistant to work alongside the business owner in executing and managing paid advertising campaigns. This role is execution-focused and requires familiarity with digital ad platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and launching ad campaigns (Meta, Google, or other platforms)
- Upload creatives and ad copy into ad managers
- Monitor campaign performance and flag issues
- Conduct basic audience research
- Organize and update tracking sheets
- Assist with A/B testing setup
- Ensure tracking pixels and events are properly placed (with guidance)
- Generate basic performance reports
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working with Meta Ads Manager (required)
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads (a plus)
- Understanding of ad metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Ability to follow campaign instructions accurately
