We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing VA who can take ownership of strategy, campaign planning, and automation inside KIT (formerly ConvertKit).This role is not for basic execution or copy-paste tasks. The ideal VA should be confident making recommendations, understanding brand voice, and building thoughtful, conversion-focused email journeys.
Core Responsibilities
Email Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Develop email marketing strategies aligned with your brand and offers
- Plan and execute campaigns, launches, and nurture sequences
- Suggest improvements based on performance and audience behavior
Brand Voice Alignment
- Understand and adapt to your brand voice and messaging style
- Write or refine email content that feels authentic and aligned
- Ensure consistency across all email communication
Automation & Systems (KIT / ConvertKit)
- Set up and manage email automations, sequences, and funnels
- Build and optimize forms, tags, segments, and subscriber journeys
- Troubleshoot automation flows and improve deliverability and engagement
List Growth & Optimization
- Support lead magnet and opt-in form setup
- Segment audiences for better targeting
- Monitor performance and suggest optimization strategies
