Community Manager & Masterclass Moderator VA (Circle.so)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident, engaging, and community-focused VA to manage our Circle.so community and moderate live monthly masterclasses. This role is highly people-facing and requires excellent English communication, real-time engagement, and a strong sense of community presence.
This is a long-term role (12+ months) with growth potential as the community expands globally.
Scope of Work:
- Manage and support members inside Circle.so
- Moderate monthly live masterclasses
- Respond to live chat questions and comments
- Manage slides and resources during sessions
- Support the presenter in real time
- Post updates, announcements, and reminders within the community
- Support new member onboarding and engagement
- Assist with ongoing communication and community interaction
- Collaborate closely with the founder as part of a small, agile team
- Evolve into a stronger leadership role within the community over time
Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident, friendly, and engaging personality
- Comfortable moderating live sessions and interacting in real time
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Community-first mindset (not purely technical)
- Reliable and professional under live-session pressure
- Willing to grow and evolve with the role
Tools Required:
- Circle.so
- Zoom (for live masterclasses)
- Slack (team communication)
- Google Slides / shared documents
Shifts & Hours:
- Starting with a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Must be available within Australian time zone
- Mandatory availability during monthly masterclasses (scheduled in advance)
- Some flexibility outside of live sessions
- Target Start Date: ASAP, starting with a paid 10-hour trial period
