Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly adaptable Virtual Assistant to support a growing personal brand focused on public speaking, thought leadership, and passive income initiatives. This role blends marketing support, CRM management, content coordination, research, and executive assistance. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, proactive problem-solver, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
This is not an entry-level VA role. We are looking for someone with strong, hands-on experience who can quickly understand systems, anticipate needs, and execute efficiently without repeated instruction.
Scope of Work:
- Marketing & Content Support
- Create and schedule LinkedIn posts (graphics-focused) 3x per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Light content creation using Canva (graphics, workbooks, lead magnets, simple visual assets)
- Repurpose existing long-form video content into short clips when needed (basic video editing)
- Optional/periodic podcast editing as the brand evolves
- Assist with light cleanup or formatting of AI-generated content (e-books, guides, lead magnets)
- CRM & Email Marketing
- Manage and maintain CRM using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Upload and organize contacts (e.g., business cards, existing leads)
- Set up and schedule email outreach campaigns (no cold calling required)
- Support lead magnet delivery and automated workflows
- Research & Business Development Support
- Research and identify speaking engagement opportunities aligned with the client’s expertise
- Research relevant events, conferences, and platforms (e.g., Eventbrite)
- Support systems for passive income initiatives, including event-based Q&A sessions
- Administrative & Executive Assistance
- Organize files and assets using Google Docs and Dropbox
- Assist with task coordination, documentation, and workflow support
- Provide flexible executive assistance as new initiatives arise

- No cold calling
- No direct community engagement or DM responses (handled by the client)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably supporting entrepreneurs, speakers, or coaches
- Strong working knowledge of:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms
- Canva for graphics and simple content creation
- Email marketing and automation workflows
- Basic video editing skills (cutting clips, adding captions/text overlays)
- Strong research skills, especially for events and speaking opportunities
- Fast learner with high attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions clearly and execute without repeated clarification
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable supporting evolving projects
- Professional, reliable, and proactive communication style
- Female VA preferred

Shifts & Hours:
- Starting with a minimum of 15 hours per week; flexible schedule
- Must be available for occasional coordination during the client’s time zone (e.g., weekly or as needed), but no night shifts required
