Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and highly adaptable Amazon Support Virtual Assistant to support an Amazon consulting agency founded and led by a former Amazon Ads expert. This role is critical in helping streamline day-to-day operations so the founder can focus on business growth, sales, and marketing.

The ideal candidate is confident, solution-oriented, and capable of working as a true partner. Someone who can think independently, push back when appropriate, and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver better outcomes for clients.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities:

Amazon Store & Product Operations

  • Sourcing new products as needed – Nice to Have
  • Product listing creation, updates, and optimization – Required
  • Storefront updates, backend organization, and overall Amazon account hygiene – Required
  • Competitor monitoring & basic competitor analysis using Helium10 – Required
  • Pulling keyword reports and providing baseline insights – Required

Supplier & Inventory Coordination

  • Contacting and coordinating with suppliers – Nice to have
  • Basic inventory monitoring and management – Nice to have
  • Identifying potential stock risks and flagging issues proactively – Required

Order Management

  • Processing customer orders and tracking shipments – Nice to have
  • Updating order statuses as needed – Nice to have

Customer Support

  • Responding to customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner – Nice to have
  • Managing complaints, returns, refunds, and feedback – Nice to have
  • Upselling or offering alternative solutions where appropriate – Nice to have
  • Identifying recurring issues and recommending improvements – Nice to have

Reporting & Data Tasks

  • Daily data entry into Google Sheets for multiple Amazon marketplaces (US, AU, CA, SG, MX) – Required for tentpole events
  • Pulling performance data and organizing weekly/monthly reporting – Required
  • Supporting basic analysis (with guidance and templates provided) – Required

General Admin & Support

  • Maintaining organizational structure across Amazon backend settings – Required
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks related to operations, product setup, or client management – Required
  • Proactively proposing tasks when bandwidth is available – Required

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Technical & Experience Requirements

  • Proven experience working as an Amazon VA (Seller Central, Brand Store, listing setup) – Required
  • Strong understanding of Amazon listing workflows, reporting, and backend tools – Required
  • Experience with keyword tools – Required
  • Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills – Required
  • Experience with customer service via Amazon channels – Nice to have
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) – Required

  • Communication tools (Email, Slack/Teams/WhatsApp – depending on client preference)
  • Basic project/task management tools (optional but beneficial)

Shifts & Working Hours:

  • Starting with minimum of 10 hours per week; semi-flexible shift
    • Must have overlap with Sydney, Australia business hours
    • Typical preferred schedule: within 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PH Time (aligned with AU hours)
