ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly proactive, intuitive, and execution-driven Virtual Assistant to support marketing, lead generation, podcast growth, and content repurposing for a personal brand–led consulting and speaking business.
The ideal VA is a forward thinker who can synthesize information, spot what’s working, double down on traction, and proactively suggest next steps without constant hand-holding.
The role will start part-time (10 hours/week) with strong potential to expand to more hours or additional team members as the business scales.
CORE OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

Repurpose long-form content into high-performing marketing assets

Support masterclass sales, executive coaching, keynote bookings

Create alignment across platforms, branding, and messaging

Reduce founder overload by owning execution and follow-through
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Outreach
-
Support lead generation initiatives driven by a strong marketing and brand awareness strategy

Ensure all marketing efforts across platforms lead to a clear CTA: Book a Call
-
Promote and generate qualified leads for:

Masterclasses
-
Executive coaching
-
Corporate training programs
-
Keynote speaking engagements
-

Manage LinkedIn outreach as the primary channel, including:

Engagement with inbound leads generated through marketing efforts
-
Message follow-ups and relationship nurturing
-
Responding to inquiries and guiding prospects toward booking calls
-

Track outreach and engagement performance (especially on LinkedIn) and provide insights or recommendations to improve conversion and lead quality

Podcast Marketing, Repurposing & Growth

Repurpose podcast episodes into:

Short-form video clips
-
Audiograms, reels, quotes, and promotional assets
-
Blog posts derived from podcast episodes
-

Distribute podcast content across preferred platforms
-
Optimize podcast assets for discoverability and ranking

Support pitching Roxanne as a guest on high-ranking business and leadership podcasts
-
Coordinate re-release and revitalization of older podcast episodes (350+ backlog)

Social Media Marketing & Content Distribution

Execute content distribution across:

LinkedIn (primary lead platform)

Instagram & Facebook (course and brand visibility)

Collaborate with Roxanne on:

Weekly priorities

Platform-specific traction

Repurpose content across platforms strategically (not copy-paste)

Ensure consistent brand voice and visual alignment with the new brand refresh

Keynote Speaking & Executive Support

Support keynote pitching and outreach

Assist with research on speaking opportunities and events

Help prepare and update:

Pitch decks
-
PowerPoint slides

Presentation assets

Provide admin and coordination support during event-heavy periods
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, or content marketing
-
Experience with podcast marketing and content repurposing
-
Strong written communication and strategic thinking
-
Comfortable using and integrating AI-powered tools
-
Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
-
Able to work independently without constant direction
-
Startup or founder-support experience strongly preferred
-
Ability to synthesize performance data and adjust strategy quickly
