We are looking for a high-performance Growth VA who can generate qualified sales appointments while also building brand authority through content-driven social media.

This is not a passive posting role.  This VA will actively:

  • Find and engage ideal prospects
  • Book discovery callsc
  • Turn content into inbound leads

 

Primary Goal

Generate at least 5 qualified appointments per week with decision-makers such as:

  • CEOs
  • Founders
  • Chief Revenue Officers
  • Business owners in coaching, consulting, and service-based businesses

 

Core Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Outreach

You will own the prospecting and booking engine.

Tasks include:

  • Identify and build prospect lists using:
    • RocketReach
    • Apollo
    • LinkedIn
    • CRM inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Research and qualify:
    • CEOs
    • Founders
    • CROs
    • Coaching & consulting business owners
  • Send daily outreach messages via:
    • LinkedIn
    • Email
    • CRM sequences
  • Track:
    • Conversations
    • Follow-ups
    • Replies
    • Booked calls
  • Book minimum 5 qualified appointments per week into Pinky’s calendar

 

  1. CRM & Pipeline Support (GHL)

You will help ensure no lead is lost.

Tasks include:

  • Add and update leads inside GoHighLevel
  • Move leads through pipeline stages
  • Tag, segment, and follow up
  • Track conversion from lead → appointment

 

  1. Social Media Content & Growth

You will help Pinky grow visibility and inbound leads.

Tasks include:

  • Create:
    • Carousel posts
    • Quote graphics
    • Short-form reels
    • Promotional visuals
  • Repurpose:
    • Podcast clips
    • Coaching videos
    • Social content
  • Use Canva for design
  • Prepare content for posting on:
    • Instagram
    • LinkedIn
    • (and other chosen platforms)

 

  1. Content Repurposing

Turn Pinky’s existing content into multiple formats: reels, carousels, multiple social clips

Tools You Will Use

  • Canva
  • CRM and scheduling tools

 

Ideal Background

  • Experience working with:
