Role Overview
This is a revenue-support and CRM operations role focused on booking speaking engagements, selling masterminds, and growing paid programs.
You will manage and optimize the GoHighLevel system, support lead generation and outreach, and ensure that leads are properly followed up, tracked, and converted.
You will work directly with the founder and her team during US Eastern Time (EST) hours.
Key Responsibilities
- GoHighLevel (GHL) Management
You will:
- Manage contacts, pipelines, and lead stages
- Apply and manage tags and segmentation
- Set up and maintain email and SMS automation (“ticklers”)
- Monitor replies, booked calls, and engagement
- Ensure leads are moving through the correct pipeline stages
- Maintain CRM cleanliness and data accuracy
- Support the team in understanding and using GHL more effectively
You are expected to have real, hands-on GHL experience, not just theoretical knowledge.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
You will:
- Research corporations, universities, associations, and organizations
- Identify decision-makers (HR, Learning & Development, Executives, Program Directors, Deans, etc.)
- Use online tools, databases, LinkedIn, and directories to find leads
- Upload and organize leads inside GHL
- Segment and tag contacts for campaigns
- Outreach & Campaign Execution
You will:
- Send email and SMS campaigns from GHL
- Launch and monitor outreach for:
- Speaking engagements
- Masterclasses
- Masterminds
- Corporate training programs
- Track:
- Opens
- Replies
- Booked calls
- Warm and hot leads
- Move leads through the pipeline and alert the client when opportunities are ready to close
- Revenue Support
Your work directly supports:
- Booking paid speaking gigs
- Selling mastermind seats
- Filling workshops and masterclasses
- Growing Jocelyn’s revenue pipeline
This role is tied to business growth, not just task completion.
- Reporting & Accountability
You must provide daily or end-of-day reports that include:
- Leads added
- Campaigns sent
- Replies received
- Follow-ups completed
- Tasks done
Accuracy and transparency are critical.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven, hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
- CRM and pipeline management
- Email & SMS campaign execution
- Lead research and list building
- Canva (basic creative support for emails or simple visuals)
- Strong internet research skills
- Ability to work independently and think ahead
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Hours & Engagement Type
- Part-time, starting at 10 hours per week
- First month is a trial period
If all goes well, ongoing support on a 10-hour minimum weekly commitment
