About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to support a business and mindset coach, in LinkedIn lead generation, appointment setting, and social media content management. This role requires a mix of interpersonal skills, digital marketing, and content coordination, with a focus on delivering measurable results in client acquisition and engagement.
The ideal VA is self-led, proactive, and highly organized, with experience in social media management, lead nurturing, and multi-platform content posting. The VA will help implement the client’s vision of creating engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube while also ensuring her sales pipeline is consistently active.
Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

Research and identify ideal clients on LinkedIn using a combination of organic outreach, manual research, and light automation tools.

Send personalized connection requests and direct messages to engage prospects, following Jyotsna’s conversational style.

Maintain a CRM/database of leads, including tracking responses, follow-ups, and booking appointments.

Nurture relationships with leads who are not ready for a call immediately through DM follow-ups, lead magnets, and workshop invitations.

Flag high-quality leads to personally engage with or take to the next step.

Potentially assist in identifying collaboration or speaking opportunities with complementary professionals and organizations.

Social Media Content Management & Posting

Take pre-recorded videos and copy assets from client and post them across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok using Buffer or Metricool.

Create short-form content/reels from longer video assets (5–10 min) using VEED or other AI video tools.

Design simple thumbnails and visuals using Canva, VEED, or other recommended platforms.

Ensure content follows the content calendar provided the client and is posted on schedule.

Repurpose content across platforms efficiently to maximize reach without duplicating effort.

Monitor post performance and suggest minor optimizations where relevant.

Email & CRM Support

Maintain CRM databases to track leads, workshop sign-ups, and subscriber lists.

Support email campaigns and automation workflows (e.g., nurturing sequences, follow-up emails, lead magnet delivery).

Suggest improvements to workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with Jyotsna to understand target audience, messaging, and brand voice.

Be self-led but coordinate regularly for feedback and adjustments.

Provide updates on KPIs, lead engagement, and social media activity.

Optional: Provide basic reporting on LinkedIn lead generation and social media performance.
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation and appointment setting.

Strong interpersonal and conversation skills, with an ability to nurture relationships online.

Experience managing social media content (posting, scheduling, repurposing content).

Knowledge of AI video tools (VEED, CapCut, or similar) for creating short-form content.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for CRM management and workflow automation.

Familiarity with Buffer, Metricool, Canva, or similar tools for content posting and design.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and proactively suggest solutions.

Basic understanding of email marketing platforms is a plus (MailerLite, ConvertKit, HubSpot, etc.).
Workload & Schedule

Lead generation: 1–2 hours per day (can be adjusted based on results)

Social media management & posting: 3–5 hours per week

CRM and email support: as needed

Flexible hours with some overlap with UK time for coordination
Summary
This role is ideal for a self-motivated, tech-savvy VA with experience in LinkedIn lead generation, content management, and social media posting. The VA will play a critical role in helping the client grow her client base, nurture relationships, and establish a multi-platform presence while freeing her up to focus on coaching and business development.
