Role Purpose:
Provide administrative support to assist with document creation, mail funnels, book formatting, and follow-up tasks, enabling smooth operations for upcoming projects and events.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Format and prepare documents, books, and materials for internal and external use

  • Assist in creating and managing email funnels

  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed

  • Support follow-ups with clients, attendees, or partners

  • Perform general administrative tasks to ensure project deadlines are met

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Experience with document formatting, MS Office/Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar)

  • Detail-oriented and proactive

Hours & Schedule:

  • Start: 10 hours/week

  • Potential to increase hours based on workload and performance
