Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support social media management and inbound marketing, with a strong focus on AI and Product Management thought leadership.
The primary objective of this role is to build and position a LinkedIn profile as a credible voice in AI and Product Management so it becomes discoverable by recruiters from top technology companies such as Google, Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, Netflix, and similar organizations.
This role is ideal for someone interested in AI, digital marketing, and business strategy, who wants to grow alongside a long-term vision as the role may expand into full-time in the future.
Scope of Work:

Social Media Management
-
Create, edit, and schedule content primarily for LinkedIn, with secondary posting on Instagram (and occasional YouTube Shorts if applicable).

Use provided examples, profiles, resumes, and job descriptions as references to create original but similar-style content (no copy-pasting).

Design simple visuals and posts using Canva.

Manage posting directly on the LinkedIn account (access will be provided after onboarding).

Content Research & Creation

Research:

AI trends and the current AI market

Product Management topics
-
Job postings from companies like Google, Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, Netflix, etc.

Analyze job descriptions and extract relevant keywords and themes.

Write posts and short articles aligned with:

Business strategy

Skills recruiters search for

Draft content in shared folders (Google Drive/Word documents) for review before publishing.

Inbound Marketing Support

Optimize content to increase visibility in recruiter feeds on LinkedIn.

Ensure keyword alignment so profiles surface in recruiter searches.

Support audience funneling from Instagram to LinkedIn.

Collaboration & Review

Submit drafted content for review before posting.

Communicate via WhatsApp or email for questions and feedback.

Apply feedback quickly and continuously improve content quality.

Qualifications:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices

Familiarity with AI concepts and the current AI market

Understanding of Product Management fundamentals (or strong willingness to learn)

Strong research and writing skills

Ability to follow examples and replicate tone/style while keeping content original

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Experience writing LinkedIn thought-leadership content is a plus

Background in business management, product strategy, or startups

Experience supporting founders, executives, or personal brands
Training will be provided, but candidates with foundational knowledge in AI, marketing, or product management will be prioritized.

Shifts & Hours:

Starting with Part-time: Minimum 10 hours per week; must work and post within EST or PST (North America)

Initial schedule: Approximately 2 hours per day, Monday–Friday
