Sales Representative – Lead Qualification Specialist

About the Role

Client is seeking a Sales Representative to help identify and qualify potential corporate clients globally. This role is focused on outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, and phone calls) to senior decision-makers, with the goal of generating high-quality, well-qualified leads for the client and his partners. This is not a closing role—success is defined by identifying quality prospects and booking meaningful conversations, not volume.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to targeted decision-makers (Procurement, Sales, Legal, M&A, Project Management).

  • Identify and qualify leads that fit the organization’s target client profile.

  • Book high-quality appointments/introductions for the client or regional partners.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes in a CRM (to be set up in collaboration with the team).

  • Work with purchased lead lists (when available) and supplement with LinkedIn/market research.

  • Provide regular updates and lead qualification reports.

  • Ensure fewer but well-qualified, high-value leads rather than volume-driven outreach.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) with strong professional communication skills.

  • Comfortable engaging senior executives via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.

  • Strong research and lead qualification skills.

  • Ability to work independently while following agreed outreach strategies.

  • Organized, persistent, and detail-oriented in managing prospects and follow-ups.

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B sales development or lead generation, ideally within corporate training, consulting, or executive services.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or similar platforms.

  • Understanding of global business and ability to adapt outreach to different regions (North America, Europe).
