Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and AI-savvy Social Media Manager & Outreach Virtual Assistant to support Gud Prompt in expanding its online presence and generating qualified demo bookings. You will handle end-to-end social media content creation, posting, light video/Reels editing, community engagement, and LinkedIn outreach.
The ideal candidate is direct, communicative, experienced, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Scope of Work:

  1. Social Media Management

  • Create, design, and publish content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.

  • Use existing brand guides, Canva assets, and sample posts as references.

  • Create graphics using provided prompt images from Gud Prompt.

  • Produce simple short-form videos/Reels (e.g., 3-step product walkthroughs)

  • Write professional, human-sounding captions (AI-generated first draft allowed but must be humanized).

  • Schedule weekly posts (starting with 1 post per week across 4 platforms).

  • Monitor and respond to comments; perform community engagement.

2. LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Identify and target relevant prospects (AI-savvy professionals, team leads, tech-forward companies).

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find ideal prospects.

  • Send personalized outreach messages to book demos for Gud Prompt’s organizational features.

  • Combine automation tools (e.g., meet Alfred) with thoughtful manual outreach.

  • Track outreach responses and lead status (initially in Google Sheets; later in HubSpot).

  • Follow provided message scripts and prompts once available.

3. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Communicate clearly, directly, and proactively (flag obstacles or unclear directions).

  • Provide weekly progress updates on posts, analytics, and outreach results.

  • Work collaboratively rather than in a hierarchical “boss/employee” structure.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and outreach.

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to humanize AI-generated drafts.

  • Experience managing content for SaaS, tech products, or AI-related brands is a plus.

  • Direct communicator who provides honest feedback and seeks clarification when needed.

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn prospecting.

  • AI-savvy (comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT and other automation tools).

  • Self-starter, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and treat the relationship as a partnership.

Tools Required:

  • Canva

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • LinkedIn outreach automation tools (e.g., meet Alfred)

  • AI tools (ChatGPT)

  • Google Sheets/Excel

  • HubSpot (nice to have; may be implemented later)

Shift & Hours:

  • Starting with a minimum of 10 hours per week to start; semi-flexible hours

    • Some hours must overlap with the client’s morning (PST/Canada) for outreach tasks and communication.

  • Potential to increase hours after the first month based on performance and workload.
