This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, proficient in content creation and scheduling, and passionate about the Leadership, Coaching, Learning & Development (L&D), and Psychological Safety spaces.
Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation:

Develop, create, and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content (including tile, carousel, and short-form video/Reels) for LinkedIn and Instagram.

Ensure content is scheduled at least one month in advance for Matt’s approval/refinement.

Monitor current news, trends, events, and relevant thought leadership to inform content ideas.

Community Engagement & Presence Building:

Proactively monitor and engage with the online community by monitoring comments, responding to messages, and interacting with relevant industry accounts.

Track trending hashtags and conversations within the coaching, leadership, and L&D spaces to increase brand visibility.

Analytics & Reporting:

Regularly track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, including impressions, reach, and engagement rates.

Use analytics to compare post performance against previous content and industry benchmarks to drive continuous improvement.

Platform Management:

Full management of LinkedIn and Instagram accounts.

Research and propose new content inspiration and articles to contribute to.
