Role Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a marketing agency with day-to-day digital marketing tasks. The role involves creating and scheduling content, managing social media platforms, engaging with audiences, and assisting with general administrative and outreach tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in marketing and social media management.
Scope of Work:
Social Media Management

Create content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (primarily graphics; occasional short-form videos are a bonus).

Adapt and optimize content specifically for each platform.

Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools.

Manage community engagement (replying to comments, DMs, and audience queries).

Maintain a consistent posting calendar.
Content Creation

Design branded graphics for posts, announcements, and campaigns.

Assist with creating simple videos/reels/shorts (preferred but not required).

Repurpose content for different channels when needed.
Marketing Support

Use HubSpot for basic CRM, content, or marketing tasks.

Support the agency’s own marketing efforts in addition to client work.

Conduct light market research when needed.
Administrative & General VA Tasks

Assist with admin tasks as required.

Support with lead generation and outreach (e.g., LinkedIn outreach or researching potential client lists).

Organize information, maintain files, and track content or campaigns.
Qualifications:

Experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Experience in marketing or digital content creation.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently.

Ability to design simple, clean marketing graphics.

Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite) and CRM platforms (HubSpot).

Strong written English communication skills.

Ability to adapt to varied tasks and switch between client work and agency marketing tasks.

Basic video editing skills for short-form content (reels/shorts) is a plus.

Experience with outreach, lead generation, or VA admin work.
