ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a mid-level to expert Marketing Technology Support Specialist to assist with marketing operations, digital asset management, CRM data migration, and content updates across various platforms. This role supports both technical execution and marketing collateral updates, ensuring consistent and accurate content delivery across systems.
Ideal candidates must have strong experience in CMS/CRM workflows, design-related updates, and digital asset organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content & Data Migration

Migrate digital assets from Canto to Celum
-
Assist with CRM data migration from HubSpot to Microsoft Dynamics 365
-
Ensure data accuracy, organization, and proper tagging during migration
-
Marketing Collateral & Document Updates
-
Update price sheets and marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro
-
Edit, clean up, and format PDF documents
-
Prepare or improve sales decks using PowerPoint or Google Slides
-
Website Content Management
-
Update and maintain content in WordPress, including:
-
Page edits
-
Asset updates
-
Content formatting
-

Ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints
-
Digital Asset Management
-
Organize, tag, and structure digital files in DAM systems
-
Support clean-up, categorization, and version control
-
Cross-Platform Support
-
Assist with light content formatting, copyediting, and collateral updates
-
Maintain clear documentation of migration status and tasks
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Mid-level to expert proficiency in:

WordPress

HubSpot CRM

Canto and ideally Celum
