Sales Outreach VA

Primary Focus: Lead Generation and Deal Closure for High-Value Course Programs and Franchise/Licensing Models.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven professional who excels at finding, engaging, and closing corporate and executive clients for high-value B2B training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Targeted Outreach & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential corporate clients, executive teams, psychotherapists, and leaders to generate leads for the Neuro Region Assist course programs (in-person and online).
  • Sales Cycle Management: Work leads from initial cold contact/message through to booking appointments and closing the final deal for course registrations and/or franchise/licensing agreements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain post-service customer contact, gather feedback, and manage yearly renewals/upgrades for franchise partners.
  • Reporting: Track all leads, appointments, and deal closures, providing marketing reports to understand business dynamics and inform future strategies.

Compensation & Incentives:

Focus: High-Value Course Programs and Franchise/Licensing Models.

This role includes a base hourly rate plus a highly competitive, performance-based incentive structure:

  • Sales Commission (Course Programs): Earn a 5% cut of the total course fee (ranging from $2,288 – $2,888 USD) per participant you enroll.
  • Franchise/Licensing Commission: Earn a 5% cut of the total license fee ($15K – $28K USD), plus an ongoing royalty cut on every participant who signs up under the franchisee’s platform.
  • Event Conversion Bonus (Leadership): Receive an additional bonus for closing the minimum 25 participants required for an in-person event to materialize.
  • Travel Incentive: Opportunity to have your travel and accommodation sponsored to assist with on-site event administration in international locations (e.g., Dubai, US, UK) and meet the clients you closed.

General Requirements

  1. Time Commitment: Minimum of 10 hours per week (flexible, but expected to align work hours with the specific client base/course location, e.g., AU hours for membership; US hours for US courses).
  2. Start Date: ASAP.
  3. Tools: Proficient in Canva, and ready to use/learn new CRM/marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp).
