We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle administrative, email, and social media tasks. The role involves managing LinkedIn content, light design work in Canva, and general admin support to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in a remote setting, ensuring consistent communication and a professional online presence.

Scope of Work:

  1. Email & Calendar Management
  • Organize and prioritize incoming emails in Gmail.
  • Draft, respond to, and archive emails as directed.
    Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintaining up-to-date Google Calendar entries.

     

  • Ensure important messages are flagged and followed up on.
  1. Social Media Support (Primarily LinkedIn & YouTube)
  • Assist with content preparation, formatting, and posting on LinkedIn.
  • Design visually appealing posts using Canva, based on provided copy or ideas.
  • Manage and upload YouTube Shorts (short-form videos).
  • Support light video content management (no editing expertise required).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials (brand guidelines provided).
  1. Administrative & Presentation Support
  • Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations or slide decks as needed.
  • Maintain and update WordPress website content (e.g., adding case studies or client listings).
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks to help keep the business organized.
  1. Communication & Collaboration
  • Use Google Chat or other preferred messaging platforms for instant communication.
    Participate in check-in meetings as required to align on tasks and deliverables.

     

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Gmail and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Chat)
    • Canva (for simple graphic design tasks)
    • LinkedIn (posting and basic content management)
    • WordPress (updating and publishing content; no coding required)
    • PowerPoint (basic formatting and presentation prep)
  • Familiarity with YouTube content management (especially Shorts) is a plus.
  • Experience in content creation, social media scheduling, and basic branding.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.

Shifts & Hours:
